This website, radarkitty.com, is operated by NYTWEAR LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15784834, with its registered office at 111 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT, United Kingdom ("Radarkitty", "we", "us", "our").
These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
SECTION 1: USING OUR WEBSITE
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
SECTION 2: OUR PRODUCTS
We sell pyjama sets and sleepwear for women and men. We do our best to show product colours, materials and sizes as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations can occur between batches. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you a full refund for that item.
SECTION 3: PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you placed it. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
SECTION 4: ORDERS AND CONTRACT
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
SECTION 5: DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you provided.
SECTION 6: CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details on how to cancel, return or exchange items and how refunds work can be found in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
SECTION 7: YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
We are required by law to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas, suggestions or other material, whether we asked for them or not, you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish and share them in any medium without restriction and without payment to you. You agree that anything you send us will not infringe anyone else's rights and will not contain anything unlawful, offensive, abusive or obscene, or any viruses or malicious code.
